หลังจากเจองานหนักไปเมื่อเดือนที่แล้วสำหรับชาว Admin ที่รับผิดชอบการอัพเดทระบบวินโดวส์ มาเดือนพฤษภาคมนี้ได้เจองานเบากันบ้างเมื่อไมโครซอฟท์ (Microsoft) ประกาศเมื่อวันที่ 6 ที่ผ่านมาว่า มีแผนการออกแพตซ์ (Patch Tuesday) ของเดือนพฤษภาคมจำนวน 2 ตัว สำหรับแก้ 2 ปัญหาความปลอดภัยของ Windows และ Microsoft Office ตามรายละเอียดด้านล่างครับ

ไมโครซอฟท์ได้ประกาศว่าจะออกแพตซ์ (Patch Tuesday) ของเดือนพฤษภาคม 2553 จำนวน 2 ตัว โดยเป็นแพตซ์สำหรับแก้ปัญหาความปลอดภัยในระบบ Windows จำนวน 1 ตัว และเป็นแพตซ์สำหรับแก้ปัญหาความปลอดภัยใน Microsoft Office อีก 1 ตัว โดยแพตซ์ทั้ง 2 มีความร้ายแรงระดับวิกฤติ (Critical) รายละเอียดดังต่อไปนี้

การออกอัพเดทและการอัพเดทระบบ
ไมโครซอฟท์วางแผนที่จะออก Security Update ของเดือนพฤษภาคม 2553 ในวันอังคารที่ 11 (ตรงกับวันพุธที่ 12 ตามเวลาในประเทศไทย) ที่จะถึงนี้ โดยผู้ใช้ทั่วไปสามารถทำการอัพเดทจากเว็บไซต์ Microsoft Update ผ่านทางอินเทอร์เน็ต หรือทำการอัพเดทผ่านทาง WSUS สำหรับผู้ใช้แบบองค์กรที่มีการติดตั้งระบบ Windows Server Update Services ทั้งนี้ ตั้งแต่วันที่ 11 พฤษภาคม 2553 เป็นต้นไป

ถึงแม้ว่าการแพตซ์ในเดือนพฤษภาคนี้จะมีจำนวนเพียง 2 อัพเดท แต่เป็นอัพเดทที่มีผลกระทบร้ายแรงสูงต่อระบบ ดังนั้นเพื่อความปลอดภัยบรรดาท่านที่เป็น Admin ทั้งหลายก็อย่าลืมเตรียมแผนการอัพเดทไว้รองรับและทำการอัพเดทระบบให้เรียบร้อยเมื่อไมโครซอฟท์ออกอัพเดทนะครับ
