Microsoft Fix it Center Beta Now Live

Microsoft เปิดให้บริการเว็บไซต์ Fix it Center (Beta)

Microsoft เปิดให้บริการ Fix it Center ซึ่งเป็นบริการให้ความช่วยเหลือแก่ผู้ใช้งานผลิตภัณฑ์ของไมโครซอฟท์ ในการแก้ไขปัญหาที่พบได้บ่อยในการใช้งานโดยอัตโนมัติแก่ผู้ใช้ทั่วไปแล้ว แต่อย่างไรก็ตามการใช้บริการนั้นจะต้องทำการ Sign in ด้วยแอคเคาท์ Windows Live ID และบริการดังกล่าวนี้ยังคงอยู่ในเฟสของเวอร์ชัน Beta

บริการ Fix it Center นั้นสามารถช่วยแก้ไขปัญหาทั่วไปในการใช้งานระบบปฏิบัติการ Windows 7, Windows Vista และ Windows XP และโปรแกรมแกรม Windows Media Player และ Internet Explorer โดยโซลูชั่นต่างๆ (ขึ้นอยู่กับการเลือกแคททากอรี) ดังนี้

สำหรับปัญหานั้นจะแบ่งออกเป็นแคททากอรี (Category) ตามการเลือกระบบปฏิบัติการหรือซอฟต์แวร์ที่ต้องการความช่วยเหลือ โดยปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการใช้งาน Windows 7, Windows Vista และ Windows XP นั้นจะมี 10 แคททากอรี ดังนี้
• Desktop and personalization
• Files, folders and search
• Hardware and drivers
• Install, upgrade and activate
• Music and sound
• Networking, e-mail and getting online
• Performance and maintenance
• Pictures and video
• Security, privacy and user accounts
• System repair and recovery

สำหรับปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการใช้งาน Windows Media Player จะมี 3 แคทกอรี ดังนี้
• Getting started
• Media library
• Other

สำหรับปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการใช้งาน Internet Explorer จะมี 4 แคทกอรี ดังนี้
• Top issues
• Setup
• Troubleshooting
• Other

วิธีการใช้บริการ Fix it Center
การใช้บริการ Fix it Center มีขั้นตอนดังนี้
1. ทำการ Sign in เข้าเว็บไซต์ Fix it Center
2. ในหัวข้อ Find solutions ให้คลิกเลือกระบบปฏิบัติการหรือซอฟต์แวร์ที่ต้องการการช่วยเหลือจาก Microsoft Fix it Center
3. ในส่วน Category ให้คลิกเลือกแคทกอรีที่ต้องการ
4. ในส่วน Find Solutions ให้คลิกเลือกหัวข้อโซลูชั่นที่ต้องการ
5. จากนั้นคลิกเลือกหัวข้อปัญหา ตัวอย่างเช่น "How to disable simple file sharing and how to set permissions on a shared folder in Windows XP"
6. ในหน้าเว็บไซต์รายละเอียดปัญหาให้แล้วคลิกปุ่ม Microsoft Fix it จากนั้นในหน้าไดอะล็อกบ็อกซ์ File Download ให้คลิก Run แล้วดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนบนจอภาพจนแล้วเสร็จ
