Microsoft Security Update for January 2008

ไมโครซอฟต์ซีเคียวริตี้อัพเดทของเดือนมกราคม 2551
เมื่อวันที่ 3 มกราคม 2551 ที่ผ่านมา ไมโครซอฟท์ ได้ออกประกาศเรื่อง "การอัพเดทความปลอดภัยของเดือนมกราคม (Microsoft Security Update for January 2008)" ซึ่งทางไมโครซอฟท์จะออกอัพเดทความปลอดภัย (Security Update) ของเดือนมกราคมจำนวน 2 ตัว ซึ่งในจำนวนนี้จะมีอัพเดทที่มีความร้ายแรงระดับวิกฤต (Critical) จำนวน 1 ตัว มีความร้ายแรงระดับสูง (Importance) จำนวน 1 ตัว โดยรายชื่อโปรแกรมและซอฟต์แวร์ต่างๆ ที่ได้รับผลกระทบ มีรายละเอียดตามด้านล่าง

การออกอัพเดทและการอัพเดทระบบ
ไมโครซอฟท์ วางแผนที่จะออกอัพเดทดังกล่าวในวันที่ 8 มกราคม 2551 โดยผู้ใช้ทั่วไปสามารถทำการอัพเดทจากเว็บไซต์ไมโครซอฟท์อัพเดท (http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com) ผ่านทางอินเทอร์เน็ต สำหรับผู้ใช้ในองค์กรที่มีการใช้ระบบ Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) นั้น ก็สามารถทำการอัพเดทผ่านทาง WSUS ได้เช่นเดียวกัน
