Free Antivirus นั้นเป็นโปรแกรมแอนตี้ไวรัสพร้อมแอนตี้สปายแวร์ (Antivirus with anti-spyware) แบบฟรีแวร์สำหรับระบบปฏิบัติการวินโดวส์ เป็นโปรแกรมตัวหนึ่งที่ได้รับความนิยมใช้งานมากในอันดับต้นๆ สามารถใช้งานได้ฟรี (ลงทะเบียนได้ฟรีหลังใช้งานครบ 60 วัน) สำหรับการใช้งานแบบส่วนตัว โดยล่าสุดวันที่ 9 กันยายน 2553 ที่ผ่านมา ALWIL Software ได้ออก Avast! Avast!
