กูเกิลโปรโมท Google Chrome 26 เป็นเวอร์ชันเต็ม (Stable) เวอร์ชันนี้ได้ปรับปรุงระบบตรวจสอบตัวสะกดให้ทำงานได้ดีขึ้นด้วยการปรับปรุงพจนานุกรมใหม่ พร้อมเพิ่มการสนับสนุนภาษาเกาหลี ภาษาทมิฬ และภาษาอัลบาเนียน และผู้ใช้ยังสามารถทำการซิงค์พจนานุกรมระหว่างอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ได้อีกด้วย

สำหรับผู้ใช้ Google Chrome 26 ที่เปิดใช้งานคุณลักษณะ Ask Google for suggestions จะสามารถตรวจสอบไวยากรณ์ ไวพจน์ และบริบทในภาษาอังกฤษได้ ซึ่งคุณลักษณะดังกล่าวนี้ใช้เทคโนโลยีแบบเดียวกับที่ใช้ในบริการค้นหาข้อมูลของกูเกิล

การดาวน์โหลดและการติดตั้ง Google Chrome 26.0.1410.43 (26 มีนาคม 2556)
ผู้ที่ติดตั้ง Google Chrome 25.0.1364.172 หรือเก่ากว่าบนเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรมจะทำการอัพเดทเป็นเวอร์ชัน 26.0.1410.43 ให้โดยอัตโนมัติ (สามารถตรวจสอบเวอร์ชันได้โดยการเปิดคำสั่ง About Google Chrome)

สำหรับผู้ใช้ใหม่สามารถติดตั้งโดยใช้เบราเซอร์เปิดไปที่เว็บไซต์ Install Google Chrome แล้วคลิก ดาวน์โหลด Google Chrome จากนั้นดำเนินการคำสั่งบนจอภาพจนการติดตั้งแล้วเสร็จ
