ไมโครซอฟท์ได้ออกแพ็คเกจของไอคอน Application Bar สำหรับนักพัฒนาระบบที่ต้องการสร้างแอพพลิเคชันหรือเกมสำหรับระบบ Windows Phone 7

โดยแพ็คเกจของไอคอนดังกล่าวนี้จะประกอบไปด้วยไอคอนบาร์ของ 64 แอพพลิเคชัน ซึ่งนักพัฒนาระบบสามารถใช้ในการพัฒนาแอพพลิเคชันสำหรับ Windows Phone

ทั้งนี้ ไอคอนทั้ง 64 ตัวจะเป็นภาพในฟอร์แมต PNG (32 dark และ 32 light) และแพ็คเกจดังกล่าวนี้ยังประกอบด้วยเวอร์ชันแบบเวคเตอร์ซึ่งสามารถนำเข้าโปรแกรม Microsoft Expression Blend 4 Beta เมื่อใช้แอด-อิน Microsoft Expression Blend สำหรับ Windows Phone ได้อีกด้วย
