การเปิดใช้งาน Remote Desktop Automatic Logon บน Windows XP

ในการใช้งาน Remote Desktop บน Windows XP นั้น ช่วยให้การทำงานจะระยะไกลสามารถทำได้สะดวกขึ้น อย่างไรก็ตามโดยดีฟอลต์นั้นยูสเซอร์จะต้องใส่พาสเวริ์ดในทุกครั้งที่ใช้งาน ไม่เฉพาะการใช้งานในครั้งแรกเท่านั้น แต่จะต้องใส่พาสเวริ์ดในการใช้งานทุกครั้ง วิธีการด้านล่างนี้จะอธิบายถึงการปรับแต่งให้ Remote Desktop ทำการล็อกออนโดยอัตโนมัติ เพื่อที่จะไม่ต้องทำการใส่พาสเวิร์ดทุกครั้งในการใช้งาน

การเปิดใช้งาน Remote Desktop Logon
วิธีการเปิดใช้งาน Remote Desktop Automatic Logon บน Windows XP มีขั้นตอนดังนี้

1. ล็อกออนเข้าเครื่องด้วแอคเคาท์กลุ่ม Administrator จากนั้นคลิก Start คลิก Run พิมพ์ gpedit.msc เสร็จแล้วกด Enter
2. ในหน้าต่าง Group Policy ให้เนวิเกตไปยังไดเรกตอรีด้านล่าง
Local Computer Policy/Computer Configuration/Administrative Templates/Windows Components/Terminal Services/Encryption and Security

3.ดับเบิลคลิกที่ Always prompt client for password upon connection
4.ในหน้าไดอะล็อกบ็อกซ์ Always prompt client for password upon connection คลิก Disabled จากนั้นคลิก OK

5.ปิดหน้า Group Policy โดยคลิกเมนู File แล้วคลิก Exit
